The bungalow is located in Valle Gran Rey, in the district La Playa where you can find the most beautiful and largest beach of the village. It is the perfect spot to enjoy yourself on the beach promenade and in the cafes and restaurants. There is a supermarket, small shops, a German bakery, a pharmacy and the bus stop is very close.
The bungalow is located in Calle Los Medanos n. 30, which is a footpath in the original part of La Playa. This picturesque path, also called “Flower Alley” because of the many flowers, leads away from the road into the quietest part of La Playa. It is surrounded by greenery yet only a 3-minute walk from the beach and the promenade.
The bungalow can accommodate 2 adults. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge and dining area. Through an arch you enter the bedroom with 2 beds, a wardrobe, dresser and a cozy sitting area. The modern bathroom has a shower.
In the outdoor area, you can sit on the sun or shade terrace, put the lounger in the garden under the mango tree or sunbathe on the roof terrace. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of La Merica Mountain, the characteristic banana fields and the sea. Here, with a glass of wine, you can enjoy the sunset which bathes the whole valley in orange light.
